Return and Refund Policy at Direct DMA

At Direct DMA, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. Each item is rigorously inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. We understand that occasionally a return may be necessary, but please be aware that our return policy is highly restrictive to maintain product integrity and uphold a standard of excellence in our shopping experience.

Strict Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Defective Upon Receipt: The product must be demonstrably non-functional or defective when received. This does not include issues resulting from standard wear and tear or minor discrepancies.
  • Documented Damage During Transit: Any transit damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with comprehensive documentation. Late reports will not be considered.
  • Exact Mismatch of Order Specifications: The product received significantly deviates from the specifications of the order. Minor variations are not grounds for a return.

Mandatory Proof of Hardware Issue

A return request must be supported by undeniable proof of the defect or issue. This includes detailed documentation, clear images, and videos that unambiguously demonstrate the malfunction. Our team will scrutinize the evidence thoroughly, and returns will only be considered if the defect is indisputable and solely due to our error.

Restricted Timeframe for Returns

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Late reports will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been altered, misused, or handled inappropriately.
  • Items showing any signs of use or customer-induced damage.
  • Products not in their exact original packaging and condition.

Return Process

Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be processed strictly according to our instructions and without an RMA number, they will be automatically rejected.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return. Only in cases where we explicitly acknowledge an error, will we consider covering return shipping.

Limited Refund or Replacement Options

Upon strict inspection of the returned item, we reserve the right to decide between a limited refund or replacement. This decision is final and will be made at our discretion.
